Research and Innovation team take on Ultra Challenge

Research and Innovation team take on Ultra Challenge

Posted by June Heath on 20 August 2024

This September, the hospital's Research and Innovation team will become the latest department to take on an Ultra Challenge in aid of RNOH Charity. Trusha, Hope and Rita will be walking 50km through some of the finest countryside, with historic trails, rolling hills, nature reserves and fantastic views as part of the Chiltern 50 Ultra Challenge.

The team said: “We decided to take on this challenge to raise funds for RNOH Charity and awareness of the Research and Innovation department. Over the years, RNOH Charity has sponsored various innovative studies to help aid patients’ recovery following orthopaedic surgeries, spinal cord injury and other chronic conditions, and we wanted to say thank you.”
