The RNOH Charity is an official Charity Friend of the Superhero Series – the UK’s one & only disability sports series – we’re putting a call out to our own community of Superheroes & trusty Sidekicks to grab your capes & join our super fundraising teams!
Why this event is so super!
For these SUPER-FUN sporting missions, people with disabilities – AKA Superheroes – call the shots. There are no cut-off times & all kinds of ‘gadgets & gismos’ are welcome on the course, from floats & boats to powerchairs, adaptive bikes, trikes & more. Plus, Superheroes can unite with Sidekick family & friends to do as much or a little as they wish, with as much or as little support as they need!
Better still, you’ll get a chance to meet a whole host of Marvel characters & stars from sport & screen who’ll be joining the action!
Choose your challenge
Get your relay team together for one of three tri distances, including the most popular Sprint Superhero Tri: 150m swim; 3km cycle; & 1km push/run.
Don't worry if you are unable to complete all the challenges in your team, the organisers can partner you with one of their amazing sidekicks to help you.
Who can enter
Anyone can join the fun. All we ask is that at least one person per team considers themselves to have a disability (of any kind). Come with your team fully formed or let us team you up!
A super-sized fun day out!
there’ll be tons of entertainment & free adventure sports tasters laid on for all ages in the Superhero Village. Spectators are welcome & parking is free of charge, so bring a crowd to join the celebrations & cheer on our super teams!
