We understand that organising a fundraising event may be a little daunting if you’ve never done it before, but please be assured that we will do our best to provide you with as much support as you need.
Below are some suggestions about how best to plan your event. If you’re keen to raise money for the Charity but aren’t sure how, why not take a look at our list of fundraising ideas?
A note to event organisers
The Charity requires that anybody organising a fundraising event should complete our event profile form and return it to the Fundraising Office (address specified below).
Download your own RNOH Charity sponsorship form.
Resources for fundraisers
You may like to distribute the promotional materials listed below before your event, and/or have them on display during the event itself.
A note about posters
If you are making your own posters, please make it clear that you are fundraising in aid of the RNOH and that you do not represent the Charity. If you use the RNOH logo in any publicity materials we ask that you send a draft to fundraising@rnoh.nhs.uk before publication.
Other fundraising materials
If you would like a Redevelopment Appeal T-shirt, please telephone the Fundraising Office on 020 8909 5362. Please note that we can only provide one T-shirt per event.
Collection buckets and boxes are available for collection from our Fundraising Office, which is situated on the first floor of the Muriel Sands Building in the RNOH’s Stanmore site. We can also provide you with Redevelopment Appeal teddy bears, at a cost of £10 per bear, which you can sell at your event or give as a memento to people who have helped with your fundraising efforts.
To arrange the collection of any of these items, please call us on 020 8909 5362.
